MSK Therapy Training
About our training courses
Our sports massage therapy training courses are delivered in person, in Aberdeen, and are suitable for Health & Fitness Professionals as well as those looking to start a career in the industry. Lead tutor & lecturer Jayne qualified as a massage therapist in 2011 and has been delivering training since 2014.
In 2017, MSK became an approved training centre with Active IQ to deliver the Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy. Active IQ are 'one of the UK’s leading awarding organisations for the active leisure, learning and wellbeing sector' and is recognised and regulated by Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and CCEA.
Both the Level 3 & Level 4 Sports Massage Qualifications are predominantly taught in England and Northern Ireland, therefore are mapped to the QCF. In Scotland, the Level 3 & 4 courses are mapped to levels 5-7. Please note, the Level does not determine the difficulty of a course, it is the guided learning hours.
